Rihanna Finally Gives A Timetable For Her New Album

The wait is (maybe) almost over.

Wednesday (November 19) marks exactly two years since Rihanna dropped her last album, Unapologetic. That's a pretty long gap for someone who put out seven albums from 2005 through 2012. And, to add to the anticipation for new music, there's not even a concrete date or title for her upcoming disc.

Now, finally, we have a timetable (kind of): "Very soon."

That's what Rih revealed to "Entertainment Tonight" when asked about when we can expect a new album.

“That’s my hope,” she said while on the red carpet for the premiere of the film "It’s Not Over." “I’m really excited about the music that we’ve been working on, so I can’t wait for everybody to hear it.”

Hey, we can't wait either. We've said it before, and we'll say it again, Rih: Please drop a new album.
