Will Diddy Face Criminal Charges In UCLA Assault Incident?

Here's how the case might pan out.

Sean "Diddy" Combs just caught another major break.

The Bad Boy Records boss will reportedly not face charges in the UCLA confrontation that made headlines in June, according to TMZ.

The mogul was arrested on the college campus after one of his son’s football practices. Combs was reportedly upset with Sal Alosi, one of the team’s coaches and allegedly swung a kettlebell at the man. No one was seriously injured in the incident.

Originally, Puff was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery.

TMZ is now reporting that Combs won’t face any criminal charges in the case. This follows a July report that the Los Angeles County District Attorney rejected a felony case against the No Way Out star too.

Diddy’s slated to appear at an informal office hearing on Oct. 15. So, how will all this pan out? Apparently, punishments, including anger management class, may be discussed at the hearing. Another possibility? According to the report, the mogul might just get a warning.
