This Is What It's Like To Have Taylor Swift As Your Maid Of Honor

All you need is to have glanced at her Instagram once to know that Taylor Swift takes good care of her besties. She's all about girl time, she's there whenever you want to take a road trip, and she's always down to coordinate outfits. Plus, in the words of one of her BFFs, Karlie Kloss, "she's fiercely loyal, and she's an amazing chef as well." So, when her longtime friend Britany Maack got engaged, obviously she knew who to ask to be the maid of honor.

Swift, who obviously said yes, has set a new bar for MOHs, though—getting the bride into one her favorite designer's showrooms. "Reem [Acra] does the most amazing bridal designs, and Britany and I were looking through Vogue, and she pointed to this one gown, and I was like, 'I wonder if we could go to the showroom," she told People Magazine. So, Taylor "made a couple calls" and then she and Britany hit the racks, "And sure enough, it was the best day ever. It was so amazing."

It helps that aside from being one of the most beloved pop stars on the planet, Swift has worn Reem Acra a handful of times. Back in 2010, she even wore one of their wedding dresses in the video for "Mine"—and she's remained loyal to the brand since. Just last month she picked up her Milestone Award from the ACM Awards in a sleek blue Reem Acra creation.

Sorry to the rest of the world who plans on getting married—a new, impossible-to-meet standard has been set.
