Here’s a fun analogy: Taylor Swift dating rumors are to the celeb news world as tracker jackers are to villains in “The Hunger Games.” Meaning, they’re everywhere. All the time. They don’t let up and they’ll keep mercilessly flying at you until you physically can’t ignore them.

That being said, there IS one new man in Tay’s life who’s showing up enough to cause some seriously legit “are they or aren’t they” speculation. The lucky dude in question is Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, who you probably know as the mastermind behind such party-starting anthems as “Summer,” “Feel So Close” And “We Found Love.”

“Taylor & Calvin: The Origin Story” commenced last month when the two were spotted chatting at a BRIT Awards after-party. Then, they added more fuel to the fire when Taylor reportedly ventured to Las Vegas (along with BFFs Ellie Goulding, Selena Gomez and Haim) to catch one of Calvin’s performances in person. That one definitely wouldn’t be a stretch, considering he’s crafted tunes for both Ellie and Haim before.

After both of those incidents, we were all, “OOOOK, we see what’s going on here,” although it was still pretty ambiguous whether they were just industry colleagues or bona fide buddies.

But then yesterday happened. And, to quote Taylor, “everything has changed.” Tay and Calvin were spotted leaving a Whole Foods store in Nashville (because the couple that shops organic together, stays together), and the best part is we even have photographic evidence! OK, so the pics are sort of grainy and far away, BUT STILL.

Here’s the real kicker about these pics: TAYLOR AND CALVIN ARE MATCHING. They’re practically twins in their coordinated gray and black ensembles, which begs a couple of questions. First of all, what’s up with everyone trying to copy Tay’s “style” lately? And more importantly, did they plan it? Or are they *that much* in sync that they dreamt up the same generic color scheme out of thin air? Who knows, but if Kim and Kanye have taught us anything, it’s that matching couples are the best couples.

Of course, there’s still the kinda boring but also totally realistic possibility that Calvin’s simply whipping up a killer new track for Taylor. After all, “I Knew You Were Trouble” only scratched the surface of Tay’s EDM capabilities, and we’d love to see what other bangers she has up her sleeve.

But if there IS something brewing between Taylor and Calvin (Tayvin? Caylor?), can you imagine how awesome their double dates with Selena and her rumored beau/fellow European DJ, Zedd, would be? Best. Couples. Ever.
