These 2014 MTV EMA GIFs? Your Anaconda Definitely Wants 'Em
The winners have been chosen, the pelvises have been thrust, and all of the performers have left the stage; it looks like the 2014 MTV EMA has officially come to a close. But thanks to The Internet™, we can relive that wonderful Scottish night forever and ever and ever and ever through the magic of GIFs.
Nick Jonas' one-man wet T-shirt contest? Charli XCX's wanton rule-breaking? Ariana Grande's Glinda the Good Witch moment? Nicki Minaj's EVERYTHING? It's all here -- GO NUTS.
Nick Jonas opened the 2014 MTV EMA Miami kick-off with a "Jealous" performance -- rain be damned.
He threw in a little knee-sliding for good measure.
Jake Miller barely behaved...
And kickoff co-host Nick Cannon displayed some of his abs.
Hopping across the pond, the 2014 MTV EMA opened on the evening's host, Nicki Minaj, suspended in the air as pyrotechnics blazed around her.
In a word, it was "yas."
Ariana Grande performed "Problem" and "Break Free."
And also floated through the SSE Hydro arena in a glass bubble because ¯\_ʕ◔ᴥ ◔ʔ_/¯.
Kiesza gave us life with her "Hideaway" performance.
So did Ed Sheeran with his set, obviously.
And so did that guy who was inexplicably dressed up like a king hopping around behind Royal Blood.
While performing "Boom Clap" and "Break The Rules," Charli XCX punched me in the face.
U2 just hit me right in the feels bone with their performance.
And then Nicki -- OH MY GOD, WATCH OUT FOR THAT T-REX.
Not agaaaaaaaaaaaaain.
Alicia Keys left me weeping in a corner with her beautiful vocals.
Then, Enrique Iglesias pelvic-thrusted my brains out.
And Nicki finished off whatever cells remained with her flawless, career-spanning medley.
(╯°□°)╯
Literally me the entire time.
Pause for a quick selfie with the host, and 3, 2... BWARGH.
That darn dinosaur.
Oh! And One Direction totally won all the awards. Well, they won three at least, tying with 5 Seconds Of Summer for the most EMA wins of the night.
And with that, the 2014 MTV EMA came to a close.
"GOOD SHOW, EVERYONE," Global Icon winner Ozzy Osbourne clapped from afar.
