Through the years, Chelsea, Jenelle, Kailyn and Leah have courageously documented their lives as teen moms -- all while holding nothing back about the challenges, and rewards, that come with being parents. And as the very first look at their show's upcoming installment illustrates, from deteriorating marriages to clashing custody battles, the foursome will face experiences like never before.

Season 6 of "Teen Mom 2" will make its highly anticipated return on a new night (mark the calendar!) on Thursday, July 9; immediately following will be MTV's new docu-series "One Bad Choice," a first-hand, confessional-style program that showcases how a single mistake can change the trajectory of a life forever.

On "TM 2," Chelsea is in a happy and healthy relationship with her new beau Cole -- and while the esthetician's love life is flourishing, C's battles with Aubree's dad continue after Adam files for joint custody of their daughter.

Meanwhile, Jenelle says "yes" to Nathan's proposal, but the couple's connection crumbles quickly when Kaiser's father is arrested after a series of volatile fights. The mother of two is also facing issues with her mother Barbara, making her decide to pursue regaining full custody of her son Jace.

Kailyn is experiencing marital problems with Javi, and even though Lincoln's parents are going to counseling together, several feuds -- stemming from jealously -- bring them closer to divorce. In addition, Jo's girlfriend Vee is pregnant, and the duo decides to move to Delaware to be closer to Isaac.

Lastly, Leah and Jeremy's union is in a fragile state, and he eventually decides to file for divorce. Adding to the stressful situation: Leah's ex Corey asks for a court-ordered drug test and attempts to gain full custody of twins Ali and Aleeah.
