Anyone can luge, right?

Wrong: Just ask Andrew Schulz. The "Guy Code" and "Guy Court" star got a private lesson from Chris Mazdzer, a member of the U.S. luging team, for MTV's Retromania: Team USA."

Anyone who's ever seen "Cool Runnings" -- and we hope that means everyone, ever -- will know that it's an Olympic sport for a reason. But Schulz is a man with a mission -- "growing up in the streets of New York City I always knew I wanted to luge," he joked -- and after much practice and really hurting his genitals, he doesn't do half bad.

"Retromania" will be celebrating the Olympics all week.
