Chief Keef's cousin, rapper Big Glo, was murdered in Chicago on Wednesday night and the 19-year-old plans plan to release some of his unheard music.

Big Glo, also known as Blood Money, was a part of Keef's Glory Boyz Entertainment crew and had recently inked a deal with Interscope Records. He was gunned down in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, just weeks after being featured on the new single "F--k Rehab."

Keef took to Twitter to announce that he'd be dropping some of his cousin's new music, and he also shared that the 33-year-old, born Mario Hess, was still smiling when he died.

"Finna Drop my Cousin Blood Money Song - Believe Ina Glo," he tweeted on Thursday, adding, "I can get killed if I'm lien I seen Blood He Was Dead With A Smile on His face!"

Big Glo's manager told the Chicago Tribune that he had hoped to get the rapper out of the streets before tragedy struck. His deal with Interscope Records was supposed to be the key.

"They gave him some money up front. It was a good chance for him to get himself out the hood," Renaldo Reuben Hess said. "I basically had an intuition...just telling him he really needs to move out of Chicago. He was trying to get the rest of this money and stay off the streets."
