Veteran country-rockers the Eagles have posted free audio and

video streams of a live rendition of "Tequila Sunrise" on MP3.com. The

song, taken from a recent rehearsal performance, represents the first time

the reunited band has made any of its material available online. As part

of the same promotion, the group is also offering fans a chance to win

front-row tickets and transportation to its New Year's Eve show at the

Staples Center in Los Angeles. The Eagles, who hit it big in the '70s,

recently announced that they would use their warmup gigs in Las Vegas on

Dec. 28–29 and the Dec. 31 show to see how they might feel about the

idea of recording their first album in 20 years. The RIAA named the band's

Eagles Greatest Hits, 1971–1975 (1975) as the best-selling

album of the century.
