Tony Raines now has a pair of special little ladies in his life: The Challenge star is a proud dad of two!

The Real World alum and his one-time skeleton Alyssa -- who shared that they were expecting in April -- welcomed daughter Isla Rose. Baby Tadison is a big sister!

"Beyond excited my baby niece is here and she is happy and healthy as can be," Tony's bloodline Shane captioned the photograph above with his sibling and newborn. "So proud of my brother @t_raines and @alyssamgiacone for becoming such amazing adults and now parents. I couldn't be any happier right now! While the dad hasn't shared any social media updates, Isla's glowing uncle shared a side-by-side of Tony's girls and gushed how he is "grateful" for his petite relatives.
