2007 Was The Year Disney Pop Stars Owned It All

How could you forget these iconic pop tracks?

For millions of DCOM fans, 2007 will probably be remembered as the year Disney Channel stars took over your iPod, releasing fire tracks that are likely still on loop in your brain to this day.

Nine years ago, Hilary Duff was just beginning to shed her Disney image, making way for Miley Cyrus to take over her teen-queen reign. High School Musical unexpectedly became a TV phenomenon, breaking massive records (5 million albums sold to date, NBD). We were introduced to stars like Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale, and the stupid-cute Jonas Brothers emerged on to the scene and won over the hearts of teen girls everywhere.

Disney pretty much killed it, inundating us with catchy tracks, cute boys, and musical movies. Consider the era #blessed.

Here are some of the tracks that dominated the Disney-pop golden age:

"Start all Over" -- Miley Cyrus

Fun fact: Fefe Dobson wrote this song and told MTV News that she was really impressed with Miley's version.

"Say Ok" -- Vanessa Hudgens

Zanessa feels 💔

"Potential Breakup Song" -- Aly & AJ

This song is still LIT.

"He Said She Said" -- Ashley Tisdale

The second single from Ashley's debut album, Headstrong, which is full of bangers. It's also a fave of Tori Kelly, who soundtracked a recent snapchat with Tisdale's "He Said She Said."

"Deal With It" -- Corbin Bleu

Those moves, yes Corbin. 👏

"Hold On" -- Jonas Brothers

"Outside Looking In" -- Jordan Pruitt

"I Don't Think About It" -- Emily Osment

Em's track for R. L. Stine's The Haunting Hour: Don't Think About It.

"Shadow" -- Demi Lovato & Tony Oller

Demi Lovato's first Disney gig was on As the Bell Rings with MKTO's Tony Oller!

"Nobody's Perfect" -- Hannah Montana

Was this the ringtone on your pink RAZR phone? It was definitely mine.

"Everything Is Not What It Seems" -- Selena Gomez

Before she got "sick of that same old love," Selena was casting spells and singing the Wizards of Waverly Place theme song.

"Bet On It" -- Zac Efron

The most intense (and arguably the best) song from the High School Musical series.

"Real Wild Child" -- Everlife

Definitely saw this on Disney Channel daily, promoting Walt Disney Pictures's The Wild.

"If I Didn't Have You" -- Mitchel Musso & Emily Osment

Ship #Loliver 4ever.

"It's My Turn Now" -- Keke Palmer

Keke had a song featured in her DCOM "Jump In!"

"Get'cha Head In The game" -- B5

Never forget B5's cover of "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf," though.

"Strut"-- The Cheetah Girls

Raven-Symoné, Adrienne Bailon, Sabrina Bryan, and Kiely Williams always slayed.

"Vertical" -- T-Squad

Recognize lil Booboo Stewart?

"I Still Believe" -- Hayden Panettiere

A cute track from Hayden for Cinderella III: A Twist in Time.
