Via MTV News — "The Fault In Our Stars" isn't out until next summer (summer, what's that?) but we're already weeping into our cuffs after seeing the movie's official poster. The tagline? "One Sick Love Story." And... we're going to need a moment.

The poster for the flick, part of the YA-book-to-movie craze, surfaced Wednesday (December 18) via Buzzfeed, and it features stars Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort (both also slated to appear in YA adaptation "Divergent") lying face to face, Woodley sporting a breathing tube.

In the film, Woodley plays Hazel Grace, a teen cancer patient who falls in love in a Cancer Kid Support Group.
