Annie Clark, a.k.a. St. Vincent, is the very definition of multi-talented. And we're not just talking about her ability to rock the house on all the instruments, either.

This weekend, the mysterious musician was spotted at a restaurant in Dallas, slinging tacos and margaritas while wearing an apron. Because she's cool like that.

St. Vincent -- who was looking hawt in couture at London Fashion Week and then sneaking past the Parisian paparazzi the last couple times we saw her -- looked like a total pro waitress in this shot. But don't worry... she's not giving up her day job just yet (it's good to know she has options though).

Actually, Clark is from the Big D originally, so she's got some familial ties to the area -- one of whom is her brother-in-law, who owns the city's newest gourmet taco joint, Resident Tacqueria. So she happily lent a hand to the team for the restaurant's grand opening, hard-selling the house paloma and struggling with the e-payment tablets, according to one fan's eye-witness account.

Meanwhile, Annie herself was "honored" to be a part of the big opening and certainly helped draw some extra attention to the sure-to-be-hot spot with the St. Vincent-approved palomas! Yum.
