Taylor Swift may have nailed head-banging during her "All Too Well" performance at the 2014 Grammy Awards, but sadly, she didn't win ANY GRAMMYS! WHAT IS LIFE?

And, according to the above GIF -- where Taylor boldy turns to pal Ed Sheeran and says "I Told You!" after Kacey Musgraves won Best Country Album, the "Red" singer was mentally prepared to lose Best Country Album to Kacey Musgraves.

While it obviously gives us the major sadz that Taylor went home without any hardware, wanna know what's even sadder? That our girl didn't have the opportunity to use her signature surprised face. A true travesty.
