5 Clues You May Have Missed From This Week's 'Pretty Little Liars'
Things are as active as ever in the "Pretty Little Liars" world. With all the attacks, accusations, scholarships and marijuana-filled gummy bears from last night's episode, you may have missed a hint or two. Here are 5 clues you may have missed.
Sara is officially shady
In one episode, how did Sara go from being unsure whether she dreamed making out with Emily to moving out of the Fields home so that they could pursue a real relationship with her? We know Sara is a fragile person, being in A’s dollhouse for two years, but how fast she’s moving with this new relationship is extremely suspect, especially given Emily’s proclivity to fall face first into love.
Hanna’s scholarship
Hanna gets awarded a $30,000 scholarship from some company called “The Carissimi Group.” The origins of this company are extremely suspect, because of it’s connections to the DiLaurentis clan. And as we know by now, anything that comes from that family something you should always be suspicious of.
Why did Alli’s father pack sleeping pills?
After Mr. DiLaurentis kidnapped his own daughter, with Charles in hot pursuit of the DiLaurentis clan, Alison’s father brings her “someplace safe" which, to him, is a completely public hotel ... because those are obviously safe from an omni-present villain? It must be hard to sleep with your eldest child trying to kill you, but why did he pack those sleeping pills in the first place?
Hanna is a genius
As Bethonie Butler from The Washington Post says, Hanna “doesn’t know a Cyclops from a cyborg, but Hanna knows how to install a tracking device on a vehicle.” I know its old hat to throw accusations at the four main liars, but from the way Hanna was acting like it was NBD when they removed their tracking devices (PS: ew), there is a lot more to Hanna’s psyche than meets the eye.
Surprise! 'A' isn’t actually a woman
If you look closely at the scene in the arcade where the Liars and the cops confront A (who still gets away scot free for some reason), A is clearly not a woman — but then, who is the woman helping Charles? Our money is on a certain love interest of Emily Fields.
