Jenelle, Chelsea, Leah and Kailyn may not be the same pregnant teens and young mothers we first met five years ago -- but that doesn't mean the drama has slowed down one bit for the "Teen Mom 2" cast members. When Season 6 of the hit series returns in two days (new night, same time!), the girls will continue to document their everyday lives -- as well as the heartache and personal triumphs that come with being parents. And if the first sneak peeks from the upcoming installment are any indication of what's to come, there's going to be more than a few bumps in the road for the foursome.

For starters, Aubree's mama Chelsea has found love with new boyfriend Cole -- but that doesn't mean C's issues with her ex Adam have slowed down one bit. In fact, the video below proves this very point: The esthetician receives an email from the father of her child about possible joint physical custody and unsupervised visits, and Chelsea quickly realizes that a court battle is in her not-so-distant future.

Meanwhile, mom of two Jenelle is having trouble getting along with her own mother Barbara -- and their fragile relationship is further tested when the aspiring medical technician tells B (over the phone) that her beau Nathan has put together a very special birthday present: a trip to St. Thomas. When Babs brings up Jace and Kaiser's childcare during this vacation in the clip below, Jenelle instantly becomes frustrated and the yelling begins.

In addition, newly minted college student Kailyn is making new acquaintances at school -- but when one guy pal texts her, it immediately causes friction with her jealous husband Javi. In the teaser below, the couple have it out -- in front of visitors -- which further complicates K's plans to go to a concert with her friends.

Lastly, West Virginia native Leah is experiencing marital trouble with her husband Jeremy. The root of the issue: His out-of-town job and the physical distance between the two, plus the kids. But when the couple reunites in the scene below, the tension is crystal clear -- and their issues are only magnified when L demands that J put his family first.
