Comedy Central Won't Air These Paul Walker Jokes In Bieber Roast

Too far.

It would appear that a few of the jokes at Comedy Central's roast of Justin Bieber went a little too far, and will be cut from the telecast of the event as a result.

At the event in Los Angeles Saturday night (March 14), multiple jokes involving late "Fast and Furious" star Paul Walker were made.

Roaster Pete Davidson, a current "Saturday Night Live" cast member, dropped one of the too-far quips.

"This past year Justin got arrested for drag racing," he reportedly said. "Unfortunately, it wasn’t with Paul Walker. What? He’s doing great! He's got a movie coming out!"

Walker died November 2013 in a single-car accident. The actor's legacy is fresh on the minds of entertainment lovers weeks ahead of the release of "Furious 7." The film is dedicated to Walker.

Rapper Ludacris, who co-starred with Walker in the "Fast and Furious" franchise, made cutting gestures and thumbs-down signs after the Walker references.

"Roasts often push the limits of good taste and we give the participants full reign to try things knowing we have the edit to shape the show,” said a Comedy Central rep in a statement to Variety. "Sometimes the line is discovered by crossing it. The Paul Walker references will not be in the telecast."

After the roast, Bieber said he "didn't particularly like the Paul Walker jokes."

The roast will air on Comedy Central on March 30.

"Furious 7," Walker's final film, rolls into theaters April 3.
