It's been more than two years since Maci, Catelynn, Amber and Farrah closed the chapter on their unforgettable "Teen Mom" journey. And even though cameras temporarily stopped rolling, the highs and lows in these young mother's lives most certainly didn't take a break. Now, when the show returns on March 23, there will be enormous smiles, a fair share of crying, interactions with producers during filming, shocked faces and, of course, drama.

In the juicy trailer below, we're immediately re-introduced to Amber's relationship with her ex Gary -- and she has quite the colorful and expletive-filled statement about Leah's father having another baby. But the Indiana native, who is relishing her freedom, has a new love interest of her own and he's ready to commit. But is the 24-year-old ready to do the same?

Meanwhile, Maci's troubles with Bentley's father Ryan continue and she declares -- through tears -- that she won't allow her son to be ignored. That's not all: She and boyfriend Taylor are having a baby, and they adorably break the news to the production crew.

In addition, Catelynn and fiancé Tyler share the exciting moments following their positive pregnancy test -- we even see them embracing after the stick flashes "yes +." But how do their families react to the bundle of joy on the way?

Finally, Farrah makes a belated entrance to the series -- and her appearance is met with mixed reviews by her fellow cast members. How do they respond when they hear the decision to bring Farrah back into the fold? Well, their surprised expressions say it all...
