Taylor Swift accepted Billboard's Woman of the Year honor at a special luncheon Friday, Dec. 12. in New York City, and all of us here at MTV News were consumed by the licking fires of jealousy when we perused the photos on online.

We want to be ladies who lunch with these ladies -- a.k.a. the ladies who dominated, crushed and generally monogrammed their names all over the music industry this year.

Seriously, this luncheon looked to be more fun than your average lady-date (unless you're Lorde or something, in which case it all seemed pretty par for the course).

As we said, Taylor scooped up the aforementioned honor for the second time ever -- on the eve of her 25th birthday no less! Ariana Grande snagged the Rising Star honor -- and thanked everyone's favorite mom, Joan. Paramore's Hayley Williams grabbed the Trailblazer of the Year honor, and expressed some trepidation about having to do so in front of Beyoncé -- oh, and Beyoncé was there!
