This year's movies had us laughing and crying and everything in between, but mostly they had us turning to our neighbors and asking, "did you just see that?"

Much like the nipslip before it, 2014 movies will likely be remembered for their inclusion of blink-and-you'll-miss-it full frontal male nudity. We have David Fincher and his not one but two displays of his actors' no-no zones in "Gone Girl" to thank for that one.

Reese Witherspoon's movie tracks her character's epic hike through California and Oregon, but certain flashback scenes show her...wild side.

Holy Wolverine, Batman.

11. "Neighbors," Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne

Even parents get down sometimes. After all, how else do they become parents? Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen go to funkytown several times over the course of the movie, and there are plenty of butts to be seen. Most notable, of course, is seeing butts while also seeing a baby see butts.

10. "Maps to the Stars," Julianne Moore

Julianne Moore's character has a flashback where she remembers the (literally) bare ambition that led her to getting down for the possibility of furthering her acting career.

9. "That Awkward Moment, Zac Efron and Miles Teller

Sometimes, when nature calls, you also have to make a very important call -- to your best bro. Teller and Efron prove to be ace problem solvers while displaying their impressive assets.

8. "White Bird in a Blizzard," Shailene Woodley

Shailene Woodley was outspoken and enthusiastic about her decision to do her sex scenes for "White Bird in a Blizzard" au naturale. "Everyone was freaked out because I’m nude, but in real life, when I have sex, I’m naked. I don’t have a bra on, and I don’t usually have panties on. So let’s make a real movie! Let’s bring truth to the scene," she said.

7. "Guardians of the Galaxy," Groot

HE'S NAKED THE WHOLE TIME. THIS IS INSANITY.

6. "300: Rise of an Empire," Eva Green

Eva Green is naked in "300: Rise of an Empire." Like very, very naked. The nakedest, or close to it. It, um. Advances the plot?

5. "Gone Girl," Ben Affleck

Yes, we heard you nudging your neighbor immediately after Affleck stepped into that steaming shower. Yes, we saw it too: the Batpeen.

4. "Sex Tape," Cameron Diaz

There's just something about Cameron. We saw quite a bit of Ms. Diaz, both on tape and off, in this year's appropriately titled "Sex Tape."

3. "Under the Skin," Scarlett Johansson

Don't get too excited if you meet ScarJo's character, no matter how much you like the way she looks: she's an alien siren who feasts on dudes.

2. "Gone Girl," Neil Patrick Harris

As the posters for "Gone Girl" touted, you don't know what you've got til it's gone (girl). In this case, we heard all about Ben Affleck's no-no making a quick appearance in the movie, but -- surprise! -- Neil Patrick Harris also flashes some skin. Of course, we can't say we were too overjoyed about what's happening to his character when we see it, but you can't have it all.

1. "Nymphomaniac," basically everyone

This movie has so much nudity and sex that it was actually hard to find an image to represent it that wasn't NSFW. It's isn't hard to see why this one takes the top spot, taken as a whole.
