With just over a month to go before "Arrow" returns to television, fans are finally getting a peek at what's in store for the season three premiere -- and yes, there's a red hood involved.

A host of images from the episode made their debut over at Screenrant, making it clear that season three plans to pack a whole lot of superhero into its first episode. One pic shows Colton Haynes in his recently-revealed Arsenal duds, ready to fight alongside Stephen Amell's Arrow; another features the Canary (Caity Lotz) holding a metal rod which she's probably about to wallop someone.

Unsurprisingly, the pics reveal very little about what will go down when "Arrow" returns to TV, but for those who've been wondering about the fate of Quentin Lance after his cliffhanger injuries in the second season finale, it looks like he's alive and well.

"Arrow" season three will premiere October 8 on the CW.
