Paris Hilton is expected to serve out the remainder of her sentence in the medical ward of the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, according to TMZ.com, while E! Online's Planet Gossip reports that Paris spoke with Barbara Walters on the phone over the weekend, and Walters is going to spill the details on Monday's "The View." In other Paris incarceration news, Nicky Hilton and Stavros Niarchos visited jail on Sunday, People reports, allegedly skipping the line to avoid photographers and earning the ire of other inmates' family members. ...

Paris' friend and "Simple Life" co-star Nicole Richie still has her own case pending. She is due in court June 21, New York's Daily News reported Saturday, to face charges of misdemeanor DUI stemming from a February incident in which she was spotted driving the wrong way on a L.A. freeway. Richie, who has a previous DUI on her record, faces a mandatory jail sentence if convicted. ...

Charlie Wilson filed suit against EMI and Heineken on Friday, alleging that he didn't authorize the use of the song "Beautiful," his collaboration with Snoop Dogg and Pharrell, in a beer commercial Reuters reports. The Gap Band frontman also claims that EMI owes him hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits gained from "Beautiful" and his Ludacris/Snoop collabo "You've Got What I Want." ...
