September 11 [7:55 EDT] -- Could it really be that risqué rapper Foxy Brown may be ready to settle down?

Ricardo Brown (better known to fans of his old group Tha Dogg Pound as Kurupt) proposed to the rapper at an intimate dinner Tuesday night in Philadelphia.

A spokesman for Kurupt's new label, Wall Street Records, says the two have been dating for several months, and Kurupt presented Foxy with a specially made Cartier 4.5 carat emerald cut diamond.

While the two have not yet set a wedding date, Kurupt's people say the couple are "very, very happy" about the news.
