Chris Rock's "Issues" Include Prince Paul, Biz Markie, Ice Cube, O.D.B.

Incendiary comic Chris Rock is back in a recording studio working on his third comedy album, "I Got Issues.

Former De La Soul producer Prince Paul (who's currently earning raves for his record "Prince of Thieves") is once again twirling the knobs, as he did on Rock's 1997 hit, "Roll With the New.

New" featured material from Rock's award-winning HBO special, "Bring the Pain," and earned the comedian a 1998 Grammy for Best Spoken Comedy Album. Yet despite this steady stream of accolades, Rock has a lot of "Issues" he needs to unload.

[article id="1439702"]"A lot of stuff is going on in the media in the last couple of years, you know: Clinton, kids, all this stuff's going on,"[/article] Rock told MTV News. [article id="1439702"]"I wanted to talk about my own personal life. [It's] been real ill; the last couple of years has been just hectic. So you know, I just wanted to get this all off my chest. This is like a record of the last three years of

my life." [RealVideo][/article]

I Got Issues" is due out in July and will feature cameo appearances by Biz Markie, Janeane Garofalo, Ice Cube, and Ol' Dirty Bastard. The record will be supported by a companion T.V. special.
