Farrah Abraham is getting some assistance in the romance department -- thanks to a renowned relationship expert.

The Teen Mom OG cast member -- who will return for a brand-new season of the long-running series on August 22 -- is set to appear on Patti Stanger's WEtv series Million Dollar Matchmaker, according to People. And in a sneak peek below, Sophia's mama is holding nothing back as she opens up about her past.

"I don't know why it's so hard to find someone else to love me," the 25-year-old tearfully admits to Patti.

While it looks like Farrah may have her work cut out for her (dating ain't easy), at least she has the support of the love guru: The two have a history together -- and the MTV star even called the businesswoman her "sister." Awww.
