Roc Nation singer, Rita Ora, has come a long way since being introduced to New York’s Z100 radio station back in February with her boss Jay-Z. Often compared to Rihanna (since they were both signed by Jay), the UK-based blonde bombshell steps out in her own way for her new video "Shine Ya Light."

Shot in her hometown of Pristina, Kosovo, Rita fits right in as she peruses the streets wearing her flag, and standing tall on letters that spell NEWBORN, symbolizing a sense of pride and accomplishment for her country.

Given three years to make her album, Ora was released in the UK with an international date forthcoming. Some of her UK hit singles include ‘How We Do (Party)’ and the Drake-penned track ‘R.I.P.’ featuring Tinie Tempah.

The UK star is currently on tour for the MTV Presents The Ora Tour with special guests, Iggy Azalea and Havana Brown.
