'The Divide' Trailer Subtracts Your Humanity From the Equation

First thing's first: Despite the name, "The Divide" has nothing to do with long division or, really, math at all.

Except for subtraction.

That's the basic formula behind the chilling new trailer for "The Divide" -- take a group of people who survived the apocalypse, subtract their humanity and see what you have left. Just remember: You can't divide by zero.

Scheduled to arrive in theaters in January, "The Divide" features Milo Ventimiglia ("Heroes") and Michael Biehn ("Terminator," "Aliens") as two would-be leaders among a group of refugees who seal themselves in a basement vault to avoid a civilization-destroying holocaust. Survival, however, has its downsides -- namely, being trapped in a tiny room with a bunch of strangers and increasingly limited resources.

So is it worth living if you have to surrender your very humanity to do it? Before you answer, check out the new trailer for "The Divide, courtesy of Yahoo! Movies -- and then see if subtracting yourself from the equation might not be the best option after all.
