Houston and Monica are scheduled to perform at the 5th Annual

Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards on Friday at the Santa Monica (Calif.)

Civic Auditorium. Deborah Cox and Destiny's Child will also

perform, while hip-hoppers Ice Cube and Da Brat are slated

to present awards. Lauryn Hill leads the list of nominees; her

solo debut, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, is up for Best R&B/Soul

Album of the Year.
