Farrah Abraham may have disclosed during the recent Teen Mom OG reunion that she was no longer with Simon Saran -- but then the pair walked the red carpet together at the MTV Movie Awards this past weekend and fueled speculation that they have reconciled.

Sounds innocent enough, but then the plot thickened: During the actual broadcast, the duo was spotted getting awfully affectionate (touching tongues, to be exact!), as seen below thanks to our sneaky audience cam.

So are Farrah and Simon -- who have quite the dating history -- back together?

"We’re growing up," Sophia's mama -- who opted for a black and gold glittery, glam frock for the annual event -- divulged to Us Weekly. "We have so much to do in our relationship, but we’re here as friends [today]," she continued, adding that they are working on their relationship.
