The Hair Emma Watson Considers 'Bad' Is Iconic (And Not Even That Bad)

We've all had regrettable hairstyles—hi, I had a pixie cut at one point in my life, which...no—we can usually bury the evidence. We can make sure the photos are hidden deep in drawers, never to see the light of #TBT. Emma Watson is not so lucky, unfortunately, and has to live with her hair documented forever in film.

In a recent interview with Vogue Italy, Emma reveals that her first thought when it comes to "Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone" is hair-related. She says, "When I see the images again from the first 'Harry Potter' I immediately think how bad my hair was."

Emma, girl, don't sweat it—no one had good hair at 11. It's impossible, as far my photo-based research has shown. At least your regrettable hair was for a major role and not because, um, you thought a short haircut would make you better at soccer, y'know?

So, yeah, your hair has looked better—your ability to wear sparkly barrettes is enviable, TBH—but so much more came out of "Harry Potter" than frizzy hair—please don't get hung up on it!
