Never Shout Never's Christofer Drew excels at making childlike and innocent songs about the rather adult issues of love and heartbreak. And his video for "CheaterCheaterBestFriendEater" might be the best example of that tension yet.

Taken from NSN's soon-to-released new album, Harmony, "Cheater" is shot with grainy film stock and is  generally a pretty lo-fi affair. The clip starts out with an upside-down angle on Drew, whose face is made to look like a Mr. Potato Head doll. Childlike, right? Well, things get awfully real on the first line of the song: "You sure broke my heart last week when you said you had slept with him."

This sad tale of broken trust and people sleeping in other people's beds is told over a pretty jaunty ukulele melody, a steady bass drum and with a goofy rap, but the overall feeling is rather sad and dark.
