Next Tony Scott Project Could Star Vince Vaughn

Though Tony Scott has many films currently in pre-production, it seems as though his next movie could be the action drama "Lucky Strike." Deadline is reporting that the movie is about a DEA agent who works with a drug runner to topple a cartel. Vince Vaughn may star in the movie, though it's unclear which role he'll take.

Joss Whedon-Written "In Your Eyes" Lands Its Leads

The Joss Whedon-penned and Brin Hill-directed "metaphysical love story" "In Your Eyes" has finally found its two romantic leads. Deadline has learned that "Cloverfield's" Michael Stahl-David and "Bored To Death's" Zoe Kazan have landed the lead characters of Dylan and Rebecca. Shooting is set to start soon in LA and Boston.

Hugh Grant Plays Six Roles In "Cloud Atlas"

Empire recently spoke to Hugh Grant, who dished about his upcoming role(s) in the Wachowski's latest, "Cloud Atlas." "I have six cameo parts in this strange, ambitious film. I do a lot of killing and raping. I wear an awful lot of prosthetic make up, too. You probably won’t know that I am in the film!" he teased about his "incredibly evil" characters.

Laurence Fishburne Heads To Sci-Fi Thriller "The Colony"

The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Laurence Fishburne is joining the Canadian sci-fi thriller "The Colony." Directed by Jeff Renfroe, the low-budget film will also star Kevin Zegers. The film is allegedly about a group of survivors after the next Ice Age who are forced to fend off an invasion of "feral cannibals."

Julia Roberts And Meryl Streep Attached To "August: Osage County"

At long last, The Weinstein Company has confirmed that Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep will play the two leads in "August: Osage County." John Wells will direct the adaptation of Tracy Letts' critically acclaimed play. Streep will play matriarch Violet Weston, and Roberts her "complicated adult daughter" Barbara.
