Augustus Prew is coming to a theater near you this weekend, and he's looking to kick some ass in the process. The adorable Brit will grace the big screen in "Kick-Ass 2" and, as it turns out, he’s also kicking our hearts into high gear. So we’re naming him this week’s Hump Day Hottie.

Vital stats: This 25-year-old grew up in London. He attended Latymer Upper School but started acting professionally at a young age, which included nabbing a spot in the coveted Youngblood Theatre Company.

Where you might have already seen him: One of his earliest gigs was in “About A Boy,” and from there he racked up roles in various TV shows and movies, including “The Time of Your Life,” “Silent Witness,” “Charlie St. Cloud” and “The Borgias.”

Why you should take notice of him now: This week he’ll play a big screen superhero, Ass-Kicker, alongside Chloe Grace Moretz and Aaron Taylor-Johnson. He’s stepping in for “American Horror Story” cutie, Evan Peters. Replacing one hottie with another one? That’s casting we can get behind!

In addition to “Kick-Ass 2,” Augustus’ other upcoming projects include “Copperhead” and “Klondike.”
