Insane Clowns Hitting The Road
August 19 [17:00 EDT] -- After all of the hullabaloo about their latest album, "The Great Milenko," and some label hopping, the Insane Clown Posse are prepared to take their act on the road.
After a handful of in store appearances, those cuddly characters Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope will kick off a U. S. August 28 in Orlando, Florida (home of Disney, who got the Clowns' ball rolling when it deemed "The Great Milenko" too offensive for release by its Hollywood Records arm).
The controversial album finally saw the light of day on August 12 (courtesy of the band's new label, Island Records), and this week unveiled the album's first single, "Hall Of Illusions," which boasts a video directed by Kevin Kerslake (the man behind clips for Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, and Sonic Youth).
