Justin Bieber Has Legal Proof That Those Calvin Klein Ads Are Real

The images – and even the package – are all real.

Who knew #myCalvins would be so controversial?

What started as a simple photo shoot featuring a re-branded Justin Bieber in his Calvin Klein tighty whiteys has spiraled into photoshop allegations ... and a potential lawsuit.

According to TMZ, Justin's legal team sent a letter threatening to BreatheHeavy.com, the original source of the now-infamous photoshop GIF, with a defamation lawsuit. Justin's team claimed the "before" image BreatheHeavy posted was a fake and they wanted a retraction of their claims.

After some cajoling, BreatheHeavy finally agreed. In a statement on their site, they said:

"Because BreatheHeavy is not about making anyone feel bad or intentionally stirring the pot (and are definitely not here for lawsuits), we shall retract the story per request. Bieber denies the photo is real, and I respect that and will believe him."

And claims that Justin is less than packing? Well, count those out, too. His trainer, Patrick Nilsson cleared the air on Access Hollywood, claiming, "I can definitely confirm that he is a well-endowed guy. I sound weird saying that, but yes."

I guess if anyone would have intimate knowledge of Justin's body, it would be the man that helped shape it.

This shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. Earlier this week, we asked a photoshop professional who agreed that the "unretouched" image was not the real deal. Now, the truth has been revealed.

In the meantime, the team at Calvin Klein has come out in full support of Justin's jawdropping photo shoot and behavior on the set. Knocking down rumors that Justin was difficult to work with, Melisa Goldie, Chief Marketing Officer at Calvin Klein told Us Weekly that, "Justin showed up early every day with amazing energy; he completely trusted us and gave it his all."

We've always been pro-Bieber photo shoot, but Goldie says the whole Calvin Klein team is pleased with the shoot too. "We are incredibly proud of the final images and how they portray Justin and Lara," she said. "This campaign will definitely make history."

Consider this a win for Justin!
