15 Alessia Cara Covers That Prove She Can Make Any Song Her Own

From Adele to The Weeknd -- you'll have chills.

If you've heard Alessia Cara cover Nick Jonas, Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift, you know her talent is absolutely insane.

Before signing to a record label and strutting down the 1989 World Tour catwalk with T. Swift (yeah, NBD), she was posting videos of cover songs on YouTube, as many aspiring artists do today.

"I was posting since I was 13. I didn't get a lot of views until I was around 16," Alessia told Ryan Seacrest. "First it was the 'Mirrors' cover that got a lot of views... And then I posted this other cover of the song 'Sweater Weather' by The Neighbourhood, and that one kind of got all these views that I had never seen before. It was, like, picking up, and that's when I realized, 'OK, something is kind of happening here...' and then I got discovered by this production company, and it all kind of snowballed after that."

Are there any songs Alessia can't sing? The answers is no, because she has vocal cords made of velvet and gold, actually.
