Song You Need To Know: Rihanna, 'S&M'

Rihanna made a song about sandwiches and milk shakes. Oh, no, my little lambs. This one actually is rated R. "S&M" was one of a bevy of Rihanna song leaks that hit the Internet this weekend, along with "Raining Men," "Cheers (Drink To That)" and "Complicated." It was like four of Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Fridays rolled into one.

Rihanna's "S&M" is about exactly what you think it's about. Dirty, naughty, illicit bedroom activities. Produced by frequent Ne-Yo collaborators Stargate, who have also put their signature sound on previous singles from Rihanna's Loud album, like "Only Girl (In The World)," "S&M" is a steady-rocking dance track, with ominous, snarling keyboard sounds.

To her credit, Rihanna goes all in, singing about all sorts of bad girl stuff: "the infliction of the feeling leaves me wanting more," and hollering out the chorus, "I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it. Sex in the air, I don't care, I love the smell of it." DAMN, lady!

OK then! Rihanna, ladies and gentlemen. "S&M" will likely be featured on Rihanna's upcoming dance-friendly album Loud, which is due out Nov. 16. Listen to "S&M," below.
