Mariah Carey, Mase, Monica, Jermaine Dupri, Missy Elliott and Big Punisher are just a few of the artists that will descend upon the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California, on August 29 for what's shaping up to be one of the urban concerts of the year.

Sponsored by local radio station KMEL, the inaugural All-Star Jam will also feature performances from Mary J. Blige, Lord Tariq & Peter Gunz, Destiny's Child, Next, Mya, Montell Jordan, Tamia and Whodini.

Proceeds from the All-Star Jam are being raised to help fund several non-profit organizations, including San Francisco's Glide Memorial Church and the music industry's own AIDS awareness program, LIFEbeat.
