Big Sean Prays For Kid Cudi And Blasts Naya Rivera On New Song

Sean Don returns — hear ‘No More Interviews’ and ‘Bounce Back’

Big Sean promised new music for Halloween, and he really came through today with not one, but two new tracks: “No More Interviews” and “Bounce Back.”

All bars and no hook, “No More Interviews” is three minutes of Sean venting about basically every headline he’s been involved with in the past few months. His ex, Naya Rivera? Check. His issues with Kid Cudi? Check. The drama within the G.O.O.D. Music family? Check, check, check.

“Cudi and 'Ye, what happened to our family ways, though?” Sean raps, before going in on Cudi. “When I put you on that song with Nas, you had told me that you was forever grateful / And that we brothers, so it hurt to hit the internet to find out that me and you don’t fuck with each other / Over a miscommunication that probably could be fixed with a five-minute conversation / I’m still praying for ya, though, I guess I charged it to the game.”

Sean Don also takes thinly veiled shots at his ex, Rivera, who released a tell-all memoir over the summer that described the rapper as “an incredibly selfish person.”

“Funny thing about it is my ex wanna write a tell-all,” he raps. “Fucked up thing about it is she ain’t even tell all.” He also refers to his massive “I Don’t Fuck With You” single, rapping, “I won't tell them all the other parts about you that’s plastic / This my last time putting my ex in a song even though the last one went triple platinum.” Damn.

Just hours later and guns still blazing, Sean returned with “Bounce Back,” an official single from his upcoming fourth album. If “No More Interviews” was the warm-up, then this one’s the banger that declares he’s shot up to the top of the game: “Last night I took an L, but tonight I bounce back.”

Along with dropping “No More Interviews” and “Bounce Back,” Big Sean also unveiled new merch inspired by the two songs. Check out those collections here, and see the live debut of “Bounce Back” when Sean performs on The Tonight Show tonight (October 31).
