Mase Group Inks Deal With Dupri

Atlanta-based producer, recording artist, and So So Def Records CEO Jermaine Dupri has inked a production deal with Mase's group Harlem World.

The group, which shares its name with Mase's multi-platinum debut album, is sort of the Mase equivalent of Wyclef's Refugee All-Stars and features the rapper's sister, up- and-comer Cam'Ron, and several others.

There's no word yet on when a Harlem World album will surface, but a press conference is being planned to officially announce the deal in the coming weeks.

This isn't the first time that Mase and Dupri have teamed up. As we previously reported (see [article id="1426957"]"Dupri Goes Gold With Help Of Mariah, Mase, Usher, Others"[/article]), Mase turns up along with Jay-Z, Usher, Mariah Carey and others on Dupri's solo debut, "Life in 1472.
