Britney, Back From Honeymoon, Posts Another Letter

'This is the happiest I've ever been in my life,' she writes.

Just back from her honeymoon in Fiji, Britney Spears has posted another letter to her fans, which explains her decision to take a break from her career, and talks about what is next in store for her -- like starting a family.

"This is the happiest I've ever been in my life," she wrote.

Spears said that she's not really thinking about her career at the moment because she has her new home life to consider -- she and husband Kevin Federline are just settling in to their new house, which she's excited about decorating for the holidays ("I can't wait to have my own Christmas tree in my very own house") and redecorating to prepare for any new members of their household: "Because when we decide to start a family, everything in it needs to be perfecto!" she wrote. "I love decorating; it's very therapeutic for me. I believe your house is a reflection of yourself, so I want anything in mine to be exquisite."

Noting that her priorities in life had changed, Spears said that she's going to focus on three main areas of her life for the immediate future: "Myself, my husband, Kevin, and starting a family." She said she realizes it may disappoint fans, but she'd rather sit back and watch others succeed and be in the spotlight for a change (see [article id="1492692"]"Britney Spears Announces She's Taking A Break From Her Career"[/article]).

"I don't think I'll do another tour for a couple of years," Spears wrote. "At this point and time, what I want is not my face on every cover, but someone else's instead. I really want to help other people achieve their dreams and possibly even develop new artists. Everything is in the very beginning stages and it feels great to just think about different opportunities that I'm interested in pursuing."

One of those new interests, she said, is art, which has "always been a passion" for her. "My new hobby is experimenting with all different types of art lessons," she wrote. "Maybe I'll even do my sister's makeup next year for big events."

Spears stressed that she's not quitting her music career for good ("that is kind of harsh"), and that she will come back, eventually, but when she does, "things will be totally different." And while she didn't specify how they would be different, she did say that in retrospect, "less is more" should have been the operating principle for her fourth album, In The Zone, and she regretted that "some things were done for me [that] were not always in my best interests."

Until she does come back, however, she anticipates that the press will continue to scrutinize her every word. "I can't wait to read what they say this week," she wrote. "He He!"

Spears' Greatest Hits: My Prerogative hits stores November 9.
