The line-up for the Lollapalooza '95 Second Stage was announced

exclusively on the Internet yesterday (May 4). Artists include Yo La

Tengo (July 4-July 19), Coolio (July 4-July 19), Doo Rag (July 4-July

13), Possum Dixon (July 4-July 13), Poster Children (July 4-July 13),

The Geraldine Fibbers (July 14-July 22), The Coctails (July 14-July

25), Brainiac (July 14-July 19), The Pharcyde (July 20-July 27), The

Dambuilders (July 20-July 27), Laika (July 20-July 27), Superchunk

(July 26-August 4), Redman (July 28-August 8), St. Johnny (July

28-August 2), Helium (July 28-August 2), Built To Spill (July

28-August 8), Mike Watt (August 3-August 19), Dirty Three (August

3-August 19), Versus (August 5-August 19), Blonde Redhead (August

9-August 19) and The Roots (August 9-August 19).

With this array of bands on the second stage, and Sonic Youth, Hole,

Pavement, Jesus Lizard, Cypress Hill, Sinead O'Connor, Beck and the

Mighty Mighty Bosstones on the Main Stage, this year's tour should be

a winner.

Final itinerary for the tour has yet to be announced.
