Cat Power will cover the Rolling Stones' "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" and Velvet Underground's "I Found a Reason" on The Covers Record, due March 21, according to a Matador Records spokesperson. Cat Power, the recording name for singer/songwriter Chan Marshall, will also include renditions of songs by Bob Dylan, Nina Simone and Moby Grape, as well as one of her own — "In This Hole" from Cat Power's 1996 debut, What Would the Community Think. Marshall has recorded several covers on previous singles, including tunes by Pavement and Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore.
