Michael Jackson will not be performing on Sept. 27 in

Morocco, according to a Reuter report. The report quoted the private

Moroccan television channel 2M: "Moroccan authorities did not give the green

light for Michael Jackson's show but gave no explanation either." While the

station theorized that "fears of gathering more than 100,000 young people could

be one of the motives explaining the authorities' decision," an Addicted To

Noise editorial board believes that the real reason is that they just don't

want the Moroccan people to have to be subjected to Jackson's tired old dance
