Guy Return To Record Racks

R&B trio Guy, who coined the term "New Jack Swing" and embodied that style's blend of hip-hop and soul, have reunited and will release their first album in nine years Nov. 9, according to an MCA Records spokesperson. The group, fronted by producer/singer Teddy Riley, most recently of Blackstreet, scored four top-100 singles between 1989 and 1991, including "I Wanna Get With U" and "Do Me Right." The new album, still untitled, will feature the original lineup of Riley and singers Aaron Hall and Albert Damion Hall.
