Phil and Paul Harnoil of the British dance-rock outfit Orbital will appear on the CNN International talk show "Q and A" on Friday (July 16), a spokesperson for the group said. They are scheduled to talk about dance music and about this summer's Community Service tour with fellow electronic artists Lo Fidelity Allstars and the Crystal Method.
