Rockers Sugar Ray, minus singer Mark McGrath, dropped by a
New York studio Tuesday (May 4) to record instrumental tracks for old-school
rappers Run-D.M.C. Whether their work will make the final cut for
Run-D.M.C.'s forthcoming album, Crown Royal, is not yet clear,
according to Tracey Miller, a spokesperson for the rappers. The two-disc
album is due in late August or early September.
