Pop star Brandy will join Whitney Houston, Tina Turner and

Cher at VH1's Divas Live '99 concert, the cable network announced. The show

will be broadcast live from New York's Beacon Theater on April 13 at 9 p.m. Additional

performers will be announced shortly, according to a statement from the network. Last

year's Divas Live concert, featuring Mariah Carey, Celine Dion,

Aretha Franklin, Gloria Estefan and Shania Twain, was VH1's

highest-rated broadcast ever.
