2 Live Crew Tape 'Springer' Soundtrack

The hip-hop outfit 2 Live Crew, known for their 1989 hit "Me So Horny," will be the sole rap group on the upcoming soundtrack for a film version of the "Jerry Springer" talk show, according to the group's spokesperson, George Pryce. Despite the absence of former leader Luther "Luke" Campbell, Fresh Kid Ice and Brother Marquis have recorded fast and slow versions of the film's theme song, a remake of James Brown's "Living in America" and a new number, "The Real One," featuring legendary rapper Ice-T. The film, "Jerry Springer Show: Ringmaster," based on the outrageous and controversial talk show, is due at Thanksgiving. Rumor has it that Brown may join 2 Live Crew and host Springer for the song's video.
