Did you think Marvel and Joss Whedon delivered a flawless victory with "The Avengers" this year? Think again.

After showing everything wrong with "The Amazing Spider-Man" in less than two minutes, the folks at CinemaSin are at it again, this time targeting Earth's Mightiest Heroes. The monstrously successful superhero flick gets three minutes to show off all of its warts. And there are many, many warts, if you buy CinemaSin's list.

It's hard to disagree with some of the points made -- the fact that Loki can only control people by touching a very specific part of their chest really makes no sense -- but others feel like complete nit-picks and reaches. (The lack of a lap-dance in Black Widow's interrogation scene is not a flaw.)
